William White, 62, of Decatur, Alabama, passed Saturday, March 17, 2018. William was born to Donald White, and Francis White, March 21, 1955, in Athens, Alabama.

William married Ruth Mae White in 1977, and they lived together in Decatur.

William proudly served his country as a member of The United States Army as well as The Army National Guard.

William is survived by 1 child, Christy Lindley; 1 grandchild, Austin Lindley both of Hartselle; 1 sister and 2 brothers, all of Athens.

Viewing for Mr. White will be Monday, March 19, 2018 from 1:00-2:00 pm inside the Chapel at Grant Street Church Of Christ in Decatur Al, followed by a graveside service at Chestnut Grove Cemetery.
