Throughout his life, Spencer found joy and companionship in the arms of his beloved partner, Mercy Peak. Together, they shared a deep bond and brought eight incredible children into the world: Daria Winship, Leigh Goode, Tyron Goode, Jonah Goode, Kristopher Goode, Sylvia Roberson, Brandi Kingsley, and Blake Goode. Their legacy lives on through their children, a testament to Spencer and Mercy's loving devotion as parents.

Spencer was a man of many talents and served his community in numerous ways. As a Police Officer, he fearlessly stood on the frontlines, ensuring the safety and well-being of those around him. Later in life, he dedicated himself to the Army Family Team Building organization, guiding and supporting military families during challenging times. Spencer's selflessness and unwavering commitment to serving others left an indelible impact on all those fortunate enough to have crossed paths with him.

Prior to his service as a Police Officer, Spencer proudly served in the U.S. Air Force, where he distinguished himself with the rank of Group Captain. Spencer's dedication to his country was truly unparalleled, as he displayed unwavering courage and leadership during his time in the armed forces.

Tragically, Spencer's remarkable journey came to an end on October 13, 2023, when he succumbed to a fatal stroke. This unexpected loss has left a void in the hearts of all who knew and loved him.
