Joyce Pollock, 83, of Lynchburg, Virginia, passed away peacefully on September 17, 2026. Born on March 4, 1943, Joyce was known for her warm spirit and nurturing nature. A devoted member of her community, she dedicated countless hours volunteering and supporting local initiatives, making a lasting impact on those around her. Joyce had a passion for gardening, sharing her love of nature and beauty with everyone she met. Joyce loved the beach . She touched many lives with her kindness and compassion.

Joyce leaves to cherish her memory her daughter, Melonie Lee; her grandchildren, Shelby and Mya; her great-grandchildren, Ayana and Christien; along with other family members, friends, and loved ones who will deeply miss her.

Her family will forever cherish the love, wisdom, kindness, and beautiful memories Joyce leaves behind. Her legacy of love and generosity will continue to live on through the lives of those she touched.

Funeral services will be held Friday, September 25, 2026, at 1:00 p.m. at Simpson Funeral Home & Crematory in Roanoke, Virginia.

Joyce will be deeply missed, forever loved, and lovingly remembered by all who had the privilege of knowing her.
