Robert was born on January 26, 1934. Robert received his formal education through the Fort Worth Independent School District attend IM Terrell High School.

On June 11 2003 Robert Meachem Jr answered the Masters call and peacefully transitioned from time into eternity. When He arrived in heaven he was greeted by his mother Mae Brown and father Robert Meachem Sr.

Those left to cherish his memories: his wife Joyce Marie, daughters Rhonda Yolanda and Fee, sons Derrick Keith Robert and Kerwin, 17 grandkids and 23 great grand kids and a host of other relatives and friends.
