Rhonda Woodard, of Fort Worth, Texas, passed on July 02, 2023. Rhonda was born on March 18, 1969. She was born to Martha A.Lee and her father Lorenzo J. Williams. Rhonda was baptized at the age of 6 by her grandfather Rev. G.P. Lee at Beth Eden Baptist Church in Fort Worth, Texas. Rhonda and her grandfather were constant companions. Rhonda attended Fort Worth public schools and graduated from Green B. Trimble Tech in 1987.

After high school Rhona attended court reporting school in Dallas, Texas to become a trained stenographer.

In 1988 Rhonda and her mother moved to Houston where she began her career in the medical field. While in Houston she met and married the Love of her life, Jimmy Woodard.

They married in 1993 and she bore her only child, Joshua in 1995. Rhonda was a faithful, loving,and devoted wife until they were separated by Jimmy’s’ death in 2007.

Rhonda was a lively 54 year old looking forward to her “double nickel” birthday Next year on March 18.

We will miss her big smile,and her love and passion for her family.

As we celebrate and remember her today, we say: “Peace Be Thine"

Rhonda was preceded in death by her grandparents, Rev. G.P. and Odessa Lee, her husband, Jimmy D. Woodard, sister Tammy Williams, and uncles, G.P and Edgar Lee.

Left to mourn and cherish her memory are her Mother, Martha A. Lee-Williams, her son, Joshua, brothers Isaac Williams (Keishana) Lorenzo Williams, Jr.(Chakiria) and sisters, Deitra Robinson (Keith) and Lisa Hines.

Her aunts, Anna J. Lee, Bertha Lee Bible, Deborah Kindred (Rick), Mary L. Lee, and Scheresa Lee Hudson. There are also a host of Cousins, nieces, and nephews, other relatives, and dear friends.
