Rayford was a dedicated father of four children La'monica, Christopher, Treymaine, And Chandra who he shared with his late wife Cynthia, growing up in a loving but structured home taught him the value of hard work and the importance of family. He attended Southwest high school where he would meet the love of his life cynthia, and graduated with honors, setting the foundation for his future success in life.

Rayford was a dedicated employee, working tirelessly for over 40 years in a variety of different positions. He was known for his strong work ethic, attention to detail, and unwavering commitment to his coworkers and clients.

Rayford was deeply committed to his community, and he dedicated himself to several philanthropic causes throughout his life. He believed in giving back to those in need and was always willing to lend a helping hand.

Rayford was also a proud grandfather to fourteen grandchildren, whom he loved and cherished dearly. He delighted in spending time with them, watching them grow and develop into unique individuals.
