Born on September 18, 2001, Keemaya lived her 22 years of life with passion & full of zest for living. She had lots of radiating positivity and warmth to all who crossed her path. Keemaya's vibrant spirit touched the hearts of many, reminding us to embrace each day with gratitude and a smile. Though her time here was short, her impact was immeasurable. Keemaya's memory will forever be cherished, continuing to inspire and uplift those who were lucky enough to know her.Keemaya will be remembered by her Parents Rasanda & Christoper James daughter, Samiya Peterson and her Fiance Stephen Peterson her sisters Kiera & Krystal james her brother Christopher jr James ; her niece Katrina James ; her nephews Jayden & Payton James. She was also preceded in death by her beloved grandmother and grandfather Joyce & Ronald lll James. Keemaya had a passion for teaching given her profession as a teacher. Outside of her professional life, Her hobbies included traveling, exploring new places, and immersing herself in different cultures. She was an avid reader, finding solace and joy in the written word. However, her greatest joy came from spending time with her loved ones. Keemaya’s warm heart and welcoming spirit created countless cherished memories with her family and friends.
