Josie "Sweet Pea" Coissy went on to be with the good Lord on the early morning of January 19, 2020 in the city of Pompano Beach, Fl at the age of 40. She was born on March 17, 1979. She was a 1995 graduate of Blanche Ely High School. She then graduated from Medical Assistant school in June of 2000 where she then went on to work for the North Broward Hospital District where she's been a loyal employee for the past 19 years. Josie truly loved life and lived it to the fullest. She is survived by her parents, Martha and Walter Coissy; two brothers, Michael (Angie) Coissy, Thomas (Yanique) Miller; five sisters, Jessica Coissy, Jerrica Coissy, Tenisha Miller, Shanell Miller, and Starsha (Jimmy) Nelson and many nieces, nephews, Aunts, Uncles, cousins, and one special niece/Goddaughter Jaylin Crawford. 

Family, friends, and all others whose lives Josie has touched are invited to the Westside Park Recreation Center from 4pm to 7pm today to reminisce, grieve, support, and of course, just chat.
