Hakeem Devonty Johnson, aged 35, of Chicago, Illinois, passed away on June 1, 2024, in Louisville, Kentucky. Born on March 23, 1989, he was a beloved son, brother, and uncle who brought joy and laughter to all who knew him.

Hakeem is survived by his devoted mother, Larissa Johnson, and his cherished siblings, Domonique, Dontrail, Ayauna, Edwin, Antonio, and Alyssa. His memory will be treasured by his ten nieces and nephews, whom he adored and entertained with his playful spirit and unwavering affection.

Known for his radiant smile and generous nature, Hakeem's presence was a source of comfort and happiness in the lives of his family and friends. His passing, due to an enlarged heart, was unexpected and he will be deeply missed by all who were fortunate enough to have known him.

A service to honor Hakeem's life will be held at Algonquin Park, on Friday, June 14, 2024. The family invites those who knew and loved Hakeem to join in celebrating his life and the light he brought into this world.

 Hakeem's legacy of love, laughter, and kindness will continue to live on through the many lives he touched.
