On December 20, 2025, Gloria "Jean" Frazier, of Vinton, Virginia, passed away after an extended illness. She was born on October 30, 1944, in Warrenton, VA, to the late Irene and Robert Lee Frazier, Sr. Jean grew up in Middleburg and graduated from Loudoun County High School in 1963. She worked for the U.S. Department of the Navy in Washington, DC, for thirty plus years before retiring in 2001. She is preceded in death by her sister Peggy Frazier McDonald. She leaves behind her brother Robert Lee Frazier, Jr. and sister Linda Frazier Fogle, 8 nieces and nephews, 14 great nieces and nephews and many cousins.

Jean's passion was music and singing. She sang in many choirs over the years and was very active in the National and the Virginia Federation of Music Clubs as well as her local club. She served as President for one term in the Virginia Federation. She was very proud of this honor and believed wholeheartedly in the mission of this organization which was to promote music education and talent over the State. She loved to garden and always had beautiful yards at each of her homes. She loved to read and spend time with family. She is and will be greatly missed.
