Obituary for Elizabeth Heart

Elizabeth Heart, born on April 1, 1932, in Falls Church, Virginia, United States, peacefully passed away on July 27, 2023, due to old age. She was the beloved daughter of John and Edith McKinley.

Elizabeth gracefully journeyed through life, leaving behind treasured memories and a profound impact on those fortunate enough to know her. She lived a fulfilling life in her hometown of Falls Church, surrounded by loved ones and a community she cherished.

In the year 1957, Elizabeth found her soulmate in Nick Heart, with whom she celebrated the sacred vows of matrimony. Their union was blessed with two beautiful children who became the light of their lives.

Elizabeth dedicated her heart and soul to her role as a teacher. She found immense joy in sharing knowledge and nurturing young minds. Her kind and compassionate nature made her an exceptional educator, leaving an indelible impression upon her students and colleagues alike.

Elizabeth's legacy of love and compassion lives on through her children, Jack and Anthony. Jack, along with his loving spouse Kiara, and Anthony, accompanied by his devoted spouse Liz, were the pride and joy of their parents' lives. Elizabeth showered her children with unconditional love and instilled in them the values of kindness, resilience, and empathy.

Her impact reached even further as Elizabeth played an integral role in the lives of her four adoring grandchildren. She cherished each and every moment spent with them, creating lasting memories and imparting valuable life lessons along the way.

Elizabeth Heart's presence will be greatly missed by her family and friends. Her warmth, wisdom, and unwavering love will forever remain etched in the hearts of those who were privileged enough to have known her.

A Visitation will be held on Wednesday Aug 2, 2022 at Preston and Sons of Manassas from 6pm to 9pm. A funeral service will be followed the next day at 11am in the funeral home chapel. Interment will follow from the funeral home to Oakwood Cemetery in Falls Church.
