Elizabeth "Beth" was born on October 30, 1959 and wed her husband Leo "Corky" Thompson of nearly 48 years on November 8, 1975. Elizabeth "Beth" Thompson, 63, of Louisville, Kentucky, passed on July 31, 2023. Beth was a loving and devoted wife, mother, sister, aunt, cousin, and friend. She enjoyed spending time at Nolin Lake and the Fraternal Order of the Eagles club and absolutely loved her grandchildren.

Beth is survived by her husband, Corky, and three children: Stacye Owen (Greg), Michelle Simpson (Jason), and Amber Foster (Stephen); four grandchildren: Brandon Owen, Kelsey Ray, Ashley Ray, and Hunter Ray; Siblings: Susan Smith (Randy), Wanda Smith, and Billy Wray; and her very best friend, Hazel Check and her Eagles family. She also leaves behind her beloved dog, Gizmo and cat, Woody whom she loved so dearly.

She is proceeded in death by her mother, Mildred Garland, father, John T. Lobb, a brother: Joseph Mudd, and niece, Sarah Wray.
