Eileen MoloneyWilliamstonEileen died on April 4, 2017, with dignity and grace, at home with family.She was born on August 23, 1923 in Clayton Township, MI the only child of parents Lottie (Rose) and Martin Ganssley. She graduated from the University of Michigan in Ann Arbor in 1944 with a BA in Mathematics. She married the love of her life, William (Bill) Moloney on February 20, 1954. Their two children, Maureen and Dan, were always the highest priority in her life. She worked as an educator until retirement in 1989. Eileen had a love of adventure and travelled the world with family and friends. She was an avid reader and a fabulous seamstress and knitter. She was always up on the news of the world and had strong opinions about fairness in all matters.She is survived by her daughter, Maureen Moloney (Doug Peterson) of Williamston, MI, son, Dan Moloney (Stasia Mento-Moloney) of Washington Crossing, PA, and three grandchildren. The family is grateful for the 25 years of excellent medical care provided by Dr. Mark Ensberg, MD.If desired, donations can be made to the Capitol Area Humane Society in her name. A memorial service will be held later in the spring.
