Cicelee Marie Fleming , Born April 5th,1974 in Phoenix Arizona. A resident of Los Angeles, Ca Departed this earthly life with an unexpectly and untimely death . On April 21st ,2020 at the age of 46 years old.

Cicelee an inspiring model early in life was born to the parents of Johnny Fleming a Vietnam Veteran and CVN nurse in Civilian life preceded her in death and her mother a retired Educator ,Blanche Woods which now resides in the city of Long Beach Ca .

Cicelee, attended Banning High School in Wilmington Ca , where she graduated , Later on she recieved her Nursing Degree. 

Cicelee was the elder of two siblings , A brother Johnny Fleming jr. who also preceded her in death: Cicelee was the youngest union worker while in high school to be employed at the Ralphs in Harbor City Ca . Her passion in public service continued to become a humanatarium to her community and others . 

She leaves as her Survivors her daughter :Recee Rilin Watkins whom she loved dearly . stated " My mom always brighten my day with her humor , after our talks i always left with a smile on my face which she helped give ." Her Daughter and Grandson , Rhylan was such joy, Two sisters which ajointed our family Lollie and Mercedes Fleming . And many Cousins, Niece and Nephew, Family/Friends and others who Cicelee touched their lives .

Cicelee interment will be laid to rest next to her brother Johnny J Fleming who preceded her

She will greatly missed by all who loved her and embraced her Laughter , Humor , and Beauty
