He married the love of his life, Margie, and together they shared a bond that endured for a lifetime, setting an example of unwavering love and commitment for their 6 children.

Family was the center of Willie's universe, and he reveled in the joy of raising his children Lakedra Preston, Lashay Lee, Nicole Preston, Willie Lee JR , Christopher Preston and, Kaleb Preston, guiding them through life's journey. His legacy extends beyond his immediate family to include 10 grandchildren Kiesha Preston, Willie Lee III, Johnathan Qualls, Karamya Preston, Mieko Lee, Mar 'Jaye Lee, Jaylan Preston, Michael Thomas, Amorie' Jones, Marqualon Banks, Markael Banks and 16 great-grandchildren, all of whom adored their "Paw-Paw" and will forever cherish the memories they created together.
