Billy Holbrook was a beloved husband and father who passed away suddenly from complications of epilepsy. He will be greatly missed and is survived by his mother and father John and Rose Holbrook of Madison, Oh, his wife Janet of Willoughby, Oh and two kids Jane and Scott, two sisters Roxanne Holbrook of Jacksonville, FL and Stacey Wellington of Tampa, FL. He also has many cousins, and other extended family.
