William "Bill" L. SharkeyZANESVILLE: William "Bill" L. Sharkey, 76, of Zanesville died at 3:10 AM Tuesday, March 31, 2015 at the Genesis Morrison House Hospice following a lengthy illness.He was born on October 31, 1938 in Zanesville the son of Warren and Mary Williams Sharkey.Bill retired after almost 40 years of service as a truck driver for the Pepsi Cola Beverage Company. He was an avid NASCAR fan & for many years enjoyed racing at the local tracks.He is survived by a son, Robert (Gail) Sharkey of Zanesville; a daughter, Tammy (Al) Huffman of Nashport; five grandchildren, Megan (Craig) Young, Katherine Clewell, Rachel Sharkey, Jared (Lauren) Huffman and Stephanie (David) Huff; seven great grandchildren; and a sister, Pat (Arlan) Ward of Florida. Bill was preceded in death by his parents.The family will receive friends from 6 to 8 pm on Friday, April 03, 2015 at the Bryan & Hardwick Funeral Home. No funeral services will be observed.
