William C. "Bill" Clouser, Sr.CHILLICOTHE: William C. "Bill" Clouser, Sr., 68, of Frankfort, died Monday, October 16, 2017, at Riverside Methodist Hospital, Columbus. He was born on October 24, 1948 in Chillicothe, the son of Carson Clouser, Jr. and Dorothy L. Temple (Clouser) Bossert.He is survived by his daughter; Brandi Clouser of Pensacola, FL, son; William Clouser, Jr. of Frankfort, stepmother; Louanna Clouser of South Salem, grandchildren; William Cody Clouser, Taylor Alexander Dam, Brandon Clouser, Mary Allison Bray, Rachel Anne Bray, step-grandaughters; Chelsa Shumaker, Chanda Annon Bray, sisters; Gloria "Jeannie" Storer, Barbara L. Carter, both of Frankfort, Debbie Clouser of Greenfield, and several nieces and nephews. He was preceded in death by one daughter; Lisa Carper, his father; Carson Clouser, Jr., mother Dorothy L. Bossert, and half-sister; Connie Clouser.Bill was a 1967 graduate of Adena High School. He was a member of the American Rifle Association and the American Rabbit Breeders Association. Bill worked as a corrections officer and retired from Chillicothe Correctional Institute.The family has chosen cremation, and burial of the cremains will be held at the convenience of the family in Greenlawn Cemetery, Frankfort.
