Willamina Simmons, of Chicago, Illinois, passed away on May 5, 2024, at the age of 81.

She was born on June 8, 1942, to Ezell and Gloria. Willamina married her beloved husband Robert in the year 36 and they were blessed with a daughter, Mary Taylor, who married William Taylor. Willamina was also a proud grandmother of three.

Willamina attended Wendell Phillips High School and graduated in 1960. She had a passion for sewing and spent many hours creating beautiful pieces.

Willamina will be remembered for her kindness, sense of humor, and love for her family. She will be deeply missed by all who knew her.
