Mr. Tony Demarco Smith, was born January 6, 1957 to the late Carver and Vera Smith.

Tony is preceded in death by his mother Vera Smith; sister Delois Smith and brother Eddie Smith. Tony answered the call of God to his eternal rest, Thursday, April 19, 2018 at 1:30 p.m at home surrounded by family and friends.

He leaves to cherish his memories: a loving wife, Teresa D, Smith of Sylacauga, Al; one daughter, Suioes (Michael) Smith of Birmingham, Al; six sons, Demetrius (Tiffany) Griffin, Deltric (Latoya) Smith, Tony Smith Jr., Santarri Smith, Stedmon (Shan) Smith, Devonta Smith, all of Sylacauga, Al; three sisters; Judy Pope, Mary (Carson) Taylor, both of Sylacauga, Al, Neva Jo Moon of Birmingham, Al; one brother Edward Smith of Dayton, Ohio; eight grandchildren; one aunt; seven uncles and a host of nieces and nephews, other relatives and loving friends and his best friend, Precious..(dog).

Don't mourn my passing, for I am better off than you, For you still have to deal with the troubles of this world, And I am already through. Wipe away those tears of sadness and put a smile on your face. I am filled with gladness, I am going to a better place. So please don't mourn my passing, Because I am finally free.
