Thomas Gray Dobbs, 72, passed on February 09, 2021. He was born to John Dobbs and Cheryl Irving-Dobbs in Augusta, Georgia on October 07, 1948.

He married Eloise Buchannan-Dobbs in 1982 and they lived together in Norfolk, Virginia. Together they raised 4 children Jessica Dobbs, Yolanda Dobbs-Turner (Lance Turner), David Dobbs (Elizabeth Stewart-Dobbs), Stanley Dobbs. He is also survived by 4 grandchildren. Miesha Dobbs, Tonya Dobbs, julisa Dobbs, and Zachary Dobbs. 

Thomas graduated from Phoebus High school in 1967 and received a degree from the University of Virginia in 1971.

Thomas worked at Accounting until he retired in 2008 and was passionate about affecting the most positive change in people.
