A legend has gone home!  He will be truly missed!  He had a heart of pure gold…we simply called him Mr. Hill, the barber!  He has cut so many people hair, not only the people from the neighborhood but from all over Columbus, as well as, from other cities.  He had the lowest hair cut prices in Columbus and if you didn’t have any money, you could get it on credit or even for free.  If you wanted to get some good gossip, you could always stop by Mr. Hill’s barbershop for all the latest.  He will be missed as a loving husband, a father, a brother, a friend, and as a neighborhood barber.  Mr. Hill was a wise old man and very smart.  He always held two jobs, not only was he a barber but he was also a welder.  From being an auto mechanic, carpenter, electrician, painter, and plumber… he was a jack of all trade.  There was nothing he couldn’t tackle.  Many young men looked up to him in the neighborhood as he taught them trades from the old school.  This kind of teaching will never be replaced. He was a hard worker and knew how to survive in any given situation.  We are truly blessed to have had a dad like him in our life.  He will be dearly missed!
