Terence Joseph Aucoin, 47, a resident of Thibodaux, passed away Tuesday, June 30, 2015, at Chabert Medical Center in Houma.Terence was born on May 30, 1968 in Morgan City the son of Steve and Margaret Hunter Aucoin.Visitation will be from 11 a.m. until the time of service Thursday at Twin City Funeral Home. Funeral services will be held at 1 p.m. Thursday at the funeral home with burial in the Morgan City Cemetery.He will be sadly missed and lovingly remembered by his wife, Jennifer Barnes Aucoin ,of Batesville, Mississippi; his mother, Margaret Hunter Aucoin, of Thibodaux; four children, Joseph Aucoin, of Thibodaux, Jenna Aucoin, Tori Aucoin, and Tristan Aucoin, all of Batesville; one grandchild, Jaxen Aucoin, of Thibodaux; one brother, Page Aucoin, of Thibodaux; three nephews and one niece.Terence was preceded in death by his father, Steve Aucoin; maternal grandparents, John and Rilla Hunter; paternal grandparents, Ano and Artemise Aucoin.Terence was an avid fan of LSU and New Orleans Saints football and his favorite hobby was to cook. He especially liked to cook for his family.Twin City Funeral Home in Morgan City is in charge of arrangements.
