Susan Smith, beloved wife, mother, and grandmother, passed away on May 2, 2024, in Winona, Minnesota, United States. She was born on February 6, 1956, to parents Bernard and Patricia Match.

Susan married her loving husband, Gary Smith, in 1979, and together they raised two children, Jim and Alley. She was also a proud grandmother to one grandchild.

After graduating from Winona High School in 1974, Susan continued her education at Winona State University, earning her degree in 1978. She dedicated 30 years of her career to Madison & Trempealeau County cable TV and high-speed internet company, and later spent 15 years at the Housing Authority of Trempealeau County before retiring in 2022.

In her free time, Susan enjoyed gardening and spending time with her children and grandchild.

On May 2, 2024, Susan lost her battle with kidney cancer. She will be deeply missed by her family and friends.
