We are deeply saddened to announce the passing of Robert Stearns, who was born on June 17, 1952, in Owatonna, Minnesota, United States. He peacefully passed away on March 4, 2026, at the age of 73.

Robert was the beloved son of Robert and Margaret Stearns. He was a loving husband to Mary Stearns, with whom he shared 66 years of marriage. Together, they were blessed with three children: Lora Stearns, Robbie Stearns, and Jessica Wiebrand. Robert was also a proud grandfather to five grandchildren.

Robert dedicated 5 years of his life in service to his country, serving in the Navy in an unknown unit. He was known for his dedication and commitment to his fellow service members.

Outside of his service, Robert had a passion for gardening, spending countless hours tending to his plants and flowers. His green thumb was admired by all who knew him.

Robert's sudden passing was due to a heart attack, leaving behind a legacy of love and memories that will be cherished by his family and friends.

He will be deeply missed by all who had the pleasure of knowing him.
