Stephen Joseph Jackson, 63, passed away on Monday, July 22, 2013 in La Mirada, California. He was born on April 19, 1950 on the Quechan Fort Yuma Indian Reservation. He is survived by his loving wife, Mona Miller Jackson; son, Chad Jackson, and daughter, Tiffany Jackson. He is also survived by his sister, Eve Marie Salcedo; brothers, Edmond Jackson III, Norman "Dino" Jackson, Michael Jackson Sr., and numerous nieces and nephews. Church services will be held on Saturday, August 3, 2013 at 10:00am at Saint Thomas Indian Mission for his family and friends. Rosary and viewing will be held from 2 to 4pm at Funeraria Del Angel Mortuary. Tribal rites to follow at 5pm on the East Cocopah Reservation and cremation at 5am on Sunday, August 4, 2013.
