Stephanie Ann Rogers Taylor, 54, of Silver Spring, Maryland passed away on July 28, 2021 at Medstar Montgomery Medical Center. She was the daughter Charles and Dorothy Rogers (Sullivan) on July 26, 1967, She proceeded death by her parents. Stephanie is survived by her two children Brian Taylor and Erin Rogers; 2 sisters Susan Dibella and Sharon Rogers.
