We are gathered here today to celebrate the life of Shion Terrell, who was born on March 11, 1994, in Chicago, Illinois. Shion was a beloved member of the community and will be sorely missed by all who knew him.

Shion dedicated his professional life to his work at Illinois Retina Associates, where he was known for his dedication and passion for helping others. His colleagues will always remember him for his hard work and positive attitude.

Outside of work, Shion was a vibrant and energetic individual who loved exploring the city of Chicago and trying new restaurants.

Tragically, Shion's life was cut short due to a car crash on May 1, 2025. While we mourn the loss of such a bright soul, we also cherish the memories we shared with him and the impact he made on all of our lives.

Rest in peace, Shion. Your laughter and kindness will never be forgotten.
