Being the first born she naturally took the lead providing care for her siblings and helping with the house learning to hone her domestic skills cooking and cleaning. She went on to move out into the city where she graduated from Muskegon Heights HighSchool in June, 1966. Life went on to bring her unexpected gifts with the birth of her daughter Shevalla in June, 1967 and her son John in September, 1972. Additionally, she balanced being a mother while working at GTE full time as an phone operator, where she would go on to provide 25 years of service. In 1976 she met the love of her life Hubert Hill who swept her off of her feet. They would go on to spend over 30 years together and within that time both dedicating their lives to become one of Jehovah’s Witnesses. She loved nothing more than sharing the truth about God’s Kingdom with her husband and she would later become a full time pioneer working in the field ministry full time. She eventually returned to the workforce with Hackley Hospital working the information desk/ emergency admitting, where she was known for her smile and generous personality. Shaun loved nothing more than spending time with  family & friends eating, fishing and traveling. She loved her only grandchild Damon and treasured spending time with him building memories. She had a passion for shopping and never missed a yellow dot sale at Younkers or left a clothing rack unturned. Shaun was passionate, mild, caring and when she loved it was real and unconditional. She remained faithful and fought a courageous fight and even in the end she made sure to rely on Jehovah.
