Our dearest Shameekia Dion Carroll was born October 22,1975 in Macon,Georgia to the late Cecil Howard Jr. and Ilene Ware. Shameekia attended Bibb County schools where she graduated from Southeast Highschool , Warriors class of 1993. She continued her education at Fort Valley State University , where she received a Bachelor of Business Administration in Marketing , she later received her MBA at Georgia Institute of Technology in Public Policy.

She leaves to cherish her memories : mother , Ilene Ware , son , Ethan Carroll ; sisters , Adrianna Howard ( Macon) , Andrea Fuller ( Atlanta), Cecilia Fuller ( Conyers) ; brothers Cecil Howard and Derek Fuller ( Macon), and a host of aunts , uncles , nieces , nephews , cousins , devoted friends and work family.
