Sean Bell, 42, of Sacramento, California, passed on December 21, 2022. Sean was born on March 10, 1980. He was born to Steve Sr. and Louise Bell on March 10, 1980 in Oakland, Ca. Born and raised in Oakland, ca he was the youngest of Steve and Louise 4 children. Sean attended Santa Fe Elementary as well as Emery High school in Oakland, Ca. He worked many years as a warehouse worker in the Bay Area. But as a very young age Sean knew his passion was automotive. He took that God given talent and excelled  as the most efficient local mechanic to many. Immediately upon the relocation of the Bell family in 2006, Sean met the love of his life Lifran Bibbens and married in 2011. With this Union Sean and Lifran the proudest parents to their first child Sean Bell Jr. in May of 2009 and to complete their family, in 2014 the birth of their beautiful baby girl Syeda was born. Sean was preceded in death by his Mother Louise Bell and his sister Tracy Bell . He leaves to cherish his life and memories with his wife Lifran Bell, their children Sean Jr. and Syeda Bell, his Father Steve Bell Sr., sister Angela Bell, brother in law Reginald Dunn (Deceased), brother Steve Bell Jr. and his sister in law Letesia Bell of Las Vegas, Nv, his 2 aunts Lenora Johnson and Renee McCullum, 6 uncles, Fred Headspeth, Leon, Bill, Johnny (Deceased), Lloyd and Lester Roberts, 7 nephews, Eric Perry, Traylonn Marshall, Reginald, Ray'Jon and ReAngelo Dunn, Melvin O'Neal and Omari Wilson, 3 nieces Regina Dunn, Daja Bell and Ashley O'Neal which also includes a host of great nieces and nephews.
