Frank was a devoted father, a beloved brother, and a truly hardworking man whose playful spirit brought light and laughter to everyone around him. He had a unique gift for making ordinary moments extraordinary-whether spending time with his children, joking with his nieces and nephews, or casting a line and sharing stories while fishing with his brothers. His love was constant, his laughter infectious, and his kindness left a lasting impression on all who knew him.

Though he was cremated and there will be no public service, the love Frank gave and the memories he created will live on in the hearts of his family and friends forever.
