Sarah Jones, 77, passed on May 01, 2021. She was born to Robert Jones and Mary Jones in Chicago, Illinois on February 14, 1944.

She married Willie Smith in 1965 and they lived together in Chicago, Illinois. Together they raised 3 children Joanna (Thomas), Helen (James), Marcus (Michele ). She is also survived by 8 grandchildren.

Sarah worked at Nursing and was passionate about affecting the most positive change in people.
