It is with heavy hearts that we announce the passing of our beloved Sandra Spivey, who was born on May 30, 1967, in Woodbury, Minnesota, United States, to David and Mary Axness. She peacefully left this world on January 21, 2025.

Sandra was a devoted wife to Cecil Spivey for 31 years and a loving mother to her two daughters, Samantha and Sabrina Spivey. She was a graduate of Memorial High School in 1985 and went on to pursue higher education at the University of Wisconsin Eau Claire, where she graduated in 1993.

She will be remembered for her kind heart and infectious smile. Sandra enjoyed spending time with loved ones and playing Bingo in her free time.

Her passing has left a void in our hearts that can never be filled. Sandra touched the lives of all who knew her, and she will be greatly missed.
