Samuel Franco, beloved son of Luis Franco and Debbra Watts, was born on May 15, 1999 in Fresno, California. He passed away on April 3, 2024 at the young age of 24, leaving behind a legacy of love and kindness.

Samuel was a graduate of Washington Union High School where he excelled both academically and socially. Known for his outgoing personality and genuine smile, Samuel made friends wherever he went and touched the lives of all who knew him.

Samuel had a variety of interests and hobbies that brought joy to his life. He had a passion for making music, spending hours creating beats and writing lyrics. He also enjoyed spending time outdoors, especially going fishing and off-roading with friends.

Although Samuel had no children of his own, he was a loving son and cherished member of his family. He will be deeply missed by all who knew him and his memory will live on in the hearts of those he touched.
