He is survived by his son Bently Strong his mother and father Roy and Jeanie Garner Jr. 7 siblings Ashley(Doug)South, Brittany(Caleb)Webster, Ryan(Kaylee)Garner, Chad Garner, Amanda(Chris)Stanley, Zachary Cardenas, Arlo Cardenas stepmother Theresa. Grandparents Pete and Inky Garner, paternal grandmother Wilma Cardenas, grandfather Ernest Bowling, several aunts, uncles,cousins,nieces and nephews. Several friends and special friend Heather Beech.

He is proceeded in death by maternal grandmother Alice M. Smithers, biological father Paul Cardenas, maternal grandfather Lonnie Wright, paternal grandfather Ted Wellington, grandmother Sharon L Garner, grandmother Teeny Bowling, uncle Jeff Smithers Sr, cousin Jeffery Smithers Jr, and great uncle Richard Pemberton.

Ryan's nickname was Lyin Ryan
