Ruth Abrams, 70, of Hillsboro, Ohio, passed Wednesday, January 02, 2019. Ruth was born to Jasper Poe, and Mamie Poe on February 25, 1948, in Old Washington, Kentucky. She married Arthur Abrams in 1968.

Ruth is survived by 4 children: Melinda Ramey, Michael Abrams, Mark Abrams, Matthew Abrams; many grandsons, granddaughters, great-grandchildren, nieces, nephews and close friends.

A Celebration of Life service will be held between 11 am to 2 pm on Saturday, January 12th at the Community Center in Seaman, Ohio at the address below:
