RoseMary Look, born Elizabeth Rose Marie Victoria Haglund, age 95, passed away Wednesday, Nov. 5, 2014 at Tawas Village Assisted Living Facility, East Tawas.RoseMary was born on Armistice Day, Nov. 11, 1918 to Herman Matt Haglund and Saimi Sophie Olli. She graduated from East Tawas High School in the Class of 1936. She worked as a bookkeeper for the William Look & Sons car dealership for 30 years retiring in 1980. Following retirement she spent time golfing and enjoying family. She especially enjoyed spending time with her sister, Dorothy, at the Gentry Hunting Camp where the two were affectionately known as the "Agony Sisters."RoseMary passionately served with the American Legion Post 211 Auxiliary for the past 50 years and was an active life member of Grace Lutheran (ELCA) Church in East Tawas.Rosemary is survived by her daughter, Cheryl (Dennis) Frank of East Tawas; and son, Frederick Look Jr. of East Tawas; three grandchildren, Dennis (Patrick Carroll) Frank II of Chicago, Ill., Scott (Katie) Frank of East Tawas and Michelle (Michael) Johnson of Birch Run; five great grandchildren, Wesley, Julia and Alexandra Frank, and Brooklynn and Chloe Johnson; sister, Dorothy Gentry of Alpena; and brother, Richard Haglund of East Tawas; sisters-in-law. Margaret Haglund, Marlene Look Anschuetz and Dorothy Haglund; brothers-in-law, William Look Jr. and Howard (Betty) Look of Tawas City; and many nieces and nephews.Rosemary was preceded in death by her husband, Fred; her parents; brothers, Harold and Herbert Haglund; and sister, Ardath Parent; and nephews, Gene Parent and Michael Gentry.Visitation will be held Friday, Nov. 7 at Buresh Funeral Home in Tawas City. The funeral service will be held on Saturday, Nov. 8 at Grace Lutheran Church, 401 Main St., East Tawas, with Pastor Matthew Carpenter officiating.
