She was the cherished only child, and her upbringing was filled with love and warmth. On a joyful day, Rosario found her life partner in Edilberto P. Romulo, with whom she built a beautiful life together. They were blessed with five wonderful children who brought immense pride and joy to their lives. Their children, Edwin, Rose, Mares, Elson, and Ronnie, were the center of Rosario's world, and she devoted her time and energy to raising them with love and care.

Aside from her role as a loving mother, Rosario also dedicated herself to a fulfilling career as a teacher.
