Ronnie Lanning, 73, of Columbus, Ohio, passed on June 27, 2023. Ronnie was born on January 24, 1950. He was an avid fisherman, he loved his animals, and was a very peaceful man. Born and raised in Columbus, Ohio. He loved the buckeyes, and lived to play with his grandchildren. He was surpassed in death by his mom (Betty), father (Jeffrey), his wife ( Leah). He will be dearly missed by his children ( Ronnie JR, Melissa, George, and Greg). His grandchildren, James (lanning), Anne (lanning), Paula(Lanning), and Adam (Lanning). And his great grandchildren. We will hold his memory high and welcome visitors on Thursday June 29th from 5:00 p.m to 7:00pm at Cottners Funeral home in Reynoldsburg, Ohio. The funeral will be held at Cottners on Friday June 30th,2023 at 9:00 a m. We will then burry him at the oak woods cemetery in New Albany. Instead of flowers we ask that everyone make a donation to the animal shelter as he loved dogs and animals of all kind.
