It is with heavy hearts and profound sadness that we announce the passing of our beloved Ronnie Russell, born on October 5, 1965 in Monroe,Louisiana to Rose and Lenard Russell and departed from this world on October 1, 2023 surrounded by family. Ronnie resided in the vibrant city of Las Vegas, Nevada, United States, where he touched the lives of countless individuals.

Ronnie was a remarkable person who left an indelible mark on all who had the pleasure of knowing him. He was a loving son, a devoted husband, a supportive brother, and a cherished friend. Ronnie's kind and gentle nature endeared him to everyone he met. His warm smile, compassionate heart, and unwavering presence will be sorely missed by all who were fortunate enough to experience his infectious camaraderie. He leaves behind 2 children; LaRon and Ronnaya Russell. 

Throughout his life, Ronnie exemplified resilience and determination. He faced numerous challenges with unwavering strength, showing a fierce dedication to overcoming any obstacle that came his way. Especially anyone who challenged him to dance battles; those were his absolute favorite. His unwavering commitment to personal growth and self-improvement served as an inspiration to countless individuals seeking their own paths to success and happiness.

Among his passions, Ronnie held a deep appreciation for the arts. He had a talent for break dancing which allowed him to express his innermost emotions and create breathtaking moves. Ronnie's creativity knew no bounds, and his vivid imagination brought to life mesmerizing dances that captured the essence of his soul.

Few things brought Ronnie more joy than his loving family. He treasured every moment spent with his wife, children, and extended family members; most importantly his 2 pit bulls Max and Chaos. They were his everything. Ronnie's unconditional love and unwavering support served as a pillar of strength for those who relied on him, bringing comfort and reassurance during life's most challenging moments.

Although Ronnie may no longer physically walk beside us, his memory will forever dwell within our hearts. The impact of his presence will endure, and the lessons he taught us about love, resilience, and compassion will continue to resonate with all of us.

As we mourn the loss of Ronnie Russell, let us remember to celebrate the beautiful life he led and honor his memory by striving to live each day with kindness, empathy, and dedication, just as he did. May his soul find eternal peace.

Ronnie’s family will host a Private memorial service for just his immediate family on Saturday, Nov 4th, 2023, at 9:00 a.m ; the burial will be held the following day on Nov 5th, 2023 at 10 a.m. for all to attend. The service will be at Woodlawn Cemetery in Las Vegas, NV. In lieu of flowers, please consider bringing your favorite photo of Ronnie to give to his mother.
