Robert "Bob" Clark1958 - 2016Robert Clark passed away November 14, 2016 at the age of 58, of natural causes. He was born on February 19, 1958 in Eugene, Oregon to Thomas E. Clark and Frances L. Clark, both who've preceded him in death. Robert loved the outdoors. A native Oregonian, he grew up fishing with his parents on the McKenzie and Alsea rivers. He came to love the sport of fly fishing. He often would travel to the coast to fish the lakes there and experience the beach. He was a baseball fan, enjoyed golf, and his collection of music. He had a long career (37 years) with the Eugene Country Club as lead bartender and supervisor, making many friends with the staff and the patrons. Everyone who met Bob found an instant friend. He was always ready to help others and had such a gentle way about him. He is survived by sisters Renae Allen and Caron Yakubec, a brother, John Clark, brother-in- law Craig Yakubec, nieces Hilary Mattingly, Elaine Rodgers and Shirine Carpenter, nephew Nathan Rodgers, and an aunt, Shirley Morris. We all loved him very much. Rest in peace, Bobby, until we realize the promise at Revelation 21:3, 4. No services planned.
