Boudreaux, Robert JohnBOUDREAUX, Robert John - age 86 of Grand Blanc, MI (formerly of Louisiana) passed away peacefully at his residence surrounded by his loving family on Thursday, December 1, 2016. Per his wishes cremation has taken place. Robert was born on September 14, 1930 in Scott, LA to the late Jerome Joseph and Hortense Bernadette (Butcher) Boudreaux. He served his country during the Korean Conflict in the United States Marine Corp. Robert was a member of First Baptist Church in Grand Blanc and was a deacon in several Baptist churches in Lafayette, LA before his move to Michigan. Robert is survived by his wife of 59 years, Inez McLean Boudreaux; son, Zane (Jackie) Boudreaux of Lafayette, LA; daughters, Amanda (Tim Killough) Boudreaux of Glenwood, NM and Jennifer (Scott) Sample of Grand Blanc, MI; grandsons, Robert Boudreaux of Lafayette, LA and Jeremy Sample of Grand Blanc, MI; granddaughter, Chrissy Sample of Grand Blanc, MI; and brother, Wayne Boudreaux of Lafayette, LA.
