Ricky Allen Carter was born January 22, 1960 to Marion and Josephine Carter in Reed City, Mi. He took his last breath in this life on August 22,2018.

 He attended Woodland Park Elementary and Baldwin Public Schools. After School Ricky work as a formen for a plant over in Big Rapids and later drove trucks, but his true calling was landscaping and to own his own landscaping business.

He was preceded in death by his father, Marion Carter, brother Charles (Chucky) Garrett, wife Victoria Rice Carter, and daughter Tashia Price.

Ricky had two unions of marriage  Robin Lynn Carter and Victoria Rice Carter  

To mourn Ricky leaves his children Rickia Carter/Bowman(Derrick Johnson), Ricky Carter Jr, Regina Carter, Rhondalyn Carter, Justin Stevens, Ashley Eckland, Brandon Beane and DaShawn Williams. His mother Josephine Toliver, his siblings Ronald (Pattie), Miranda, Marion (Jacquelyn), Larry (Jane), Pamela (Gizachew), Anthony (Adrian), Theodore (Jackie), Marvin (Karen), 15 grandchildren, and a host of friends and special friend Katie Mae Mehan.
