Richard "Hoovie" enjoyed working and spending time with his family and friends. On October 19, 2023 , Richard transitioned from this life as we know it , to a life filled with Joy and Happiness. He was proceded in death by his father Richard Jasmine, Grandfather Fred Thomas, Grandmother Sally Ann Thomas, Grandmother Velma Jasmine, George Jasmine, Uncle Edward Jasmine, Aunt Dianne Jasmine and his Nephew Ma'zon Malik Thomas.
