Phillip Ngaballa, 25, of Norfolk, Virginia, passed on September 25, 2021. Phillip was born on May 03, 1996.

Phillip is sadly missed by his decored Wife Tiffany; Daughter, Dynasty; loving Mother, Cecile Akono; his beloved sister Christine; cherished brothers, Markeese, Christian, Jason, and William; and his special furry friend Zeus. He will be forever remembered by his many aunts, uncles, cousins and friends.

pholl was born in France, graduated from First Coast High School in Jacksonville Florida and was attending Norfolk state University in Virginia. Among his many interests were music, wrestling and kickboxing. Phillips was a Sergeant and next month would have been his six year anniversary in the Army. He attained his Gunners Hat Badge this past summer. Phillip was involved in three regiments, the Highland Fusiliers of Cambridge, and the 11th and 30th Field Regiments of the Royal Canadian Artillery.

Friends are invited to share their memories of Phillip with his family during visitation. The funeral service will be held at Schnauss North East Florida Funeral Home and Cremation Services, 808 Margaret St, Jacksonville, Fl, 322204 on Saturday, October 8th 2021 at 11:00 am. Interment will follow at Evergreen Cemetery.

In living memory of Phillip, a donation will be made to the Trees for Learning Program by the funeral home.
