It is with heavy hearts that we announce the passing of Patricia Cassell, beloved resident of Bunker Hill, West Virginia. Patricia, 83, peacefully passed away on February 1, 2025, at Winchester Medical Center.Born on October 14, 1941, she was preceded in death by her husband, Roger Cassell, her son Daniel R Coates, and her parents Tevis and Mabel Wageley . Patricia is survived by her son, Marvin K Coates, grandchildren Kysha Whiticre, Sara Lewis, Blaine Coates, great grandchildren Cheyenne Lewis, Kayleigh Cooper, and Abel Cooper.Her legacy of love and strength will forever be remembered by those who knew her. She will be deeply missed by all who had the privilege of knowing her. May she rest in peace. Patricia’s final wishes were to donate her body to the WVU Human Gift Registry for medical research.
