Owen Brown, 70, of Jacksonville, Florida, passed on November 02, 2023. Owen was born on April 20, 1953. He was a loving father to Beth Clone, Donna Bright and loving grandfather of Janice Davis, Michael Turner, Ronnie Jones. He was a great husband to Jenny Brown. Owen accepted Christ at an early age and was baptized at New Victory Baptist. Owen served in the US military as a policeman and was stationed in Germany. He leaves to cherish his memory, with his family and now watching those from above.
