Smith, Nicole Marie of Geneva, Illinois, was born on April 7, 1994, in Wichita, Kansas. She passed away on January 9, 2016. Nicole is the beloved daughter of Lisa and Patrick Horn and Lisa and Brent Smith; loving granddaughter of Beverly and Jim McAdams, Janet and Brad Smith, Jonnie and John Unick and the late Marjorie McAdams; dear sister of Alex Smith, Katie Horn, Morgan Lajoie and Braden Lajoie. A memorial service will be held at 3 p.m. on Saturday, January 16, at Westwood Presbyterian Church, 8007 W. Maple, Wichita, KS 67209.
