Shirley Patton, she was born on March 1, 1949, in Vinta Oklahoma, Daughter of Charlie and Vera Kirkendoll. She was 5 out of 6 siblings. Shirley attended Vinta High School and after attended College. She was a beloved member of the community, known for her generous spirit and infectious laughter. Shirley attended Missionary Baptist Church where she gave her life to Christ. She later on move to Wichita KS where she met her Husband, from this union, she gave birth to her first child Maurice Kirkendoll and later on gave birth to her daughter Katrice Patton. In that union they enjoyed going to car shows and rebuilding Wv bug with the motor in the front.

Shirley spent 30 years working at Emprise bank while also reeducating her life to Christ, after serval obstacles with her health, Shirley transition to Glory on November 13th 2025 She was a dedicated friend and always had a kind word for those in need. Her warm smile and gentle demeanor will be greatly missed by all who knew her. Shirley's memory will live on in the hearts of those who were touched by her kindness and grace.

Shirley was proceeded in death by her parents Charlie and Vera Kirkendoll. Her husband Ken Patton. her 3 brothers Willie Kirkendoll, Wille Lee Kirkendoll, Lawerance Kirkendoll. and sister-in-Law Sarah Kirkendoll.

Shirley leaves to cherish her memories, her son Maurice Kirkendoll and her daughter Katrice Patton.

Her 10 Grandchildren: Jordan Michael Kirkendoll, Jamuri Patton, Grace Marie Kirkendoll, Jalyen Dean, Sanyia, Simone, Reedus and Regan Reed and London and Landon Asher, 8 great grandchildren: Landon, Arabella, Avianna Grace, Amarria, Alayna, LaMelo, Lorenzo Kirkendoll and Alaia Jackson.
